Patty is a member of the client services team and partners with the account executives, sales people and air team to deliver travel incentives and act as a liaison to all out-sourced suppliers. She is responsible for pre-trip planning, on-site trip coordination, all client and supplier billing and payments, program final accounting, and post-program follow-up.

Before relocating to beautiful Northern Michigan, Patty worked as a program coordinator for the General Motors UAW Center for Human Resources for over a decade. There, she was responsible for the coordination of jointly attended conferences and meetings nationwide.

Patty grew up in the Metro Detroit area and holds an associate degree of Applied Science / Business Management from Macomb Community College. She is also a Certified Meeting Professional and Certified Incentive Specialist. Patty enjoys spending time with her husband and their frisky Goldendoodle named Bristol.
