Jillian’s responsibilities include customer service and administration of VIKTOR’s rewards program, social media, and incentives copy writing. Being detail-oriented, she enjoys managing a variety of assignments while exploring the world from her desk. She has served on VIKTOR’s Wellness, Community Service, and Holiday committees.

Jillian has 25 years of professional experience in marketing and advertising. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Michigan State University, with a focus on advertising and creative writing. Her passion for project coordination, timelines, writing and proofreading has been expressed through countless retail catalogs, ad campaigns, and proposals over the years.

Jillian hails from Grand Rapids, MI, but loves living in Traverse City. She is married, with two kids and a dog. She’s happiest when reading historical Chinese fiction in her pajamas, knitting a pair of wool socks, or cooking from scratch with her daughter. Jillian is also an avid gardener and loves movies from the 1940s and 50s.
