Beth supervises VIKTOR’s in-house air team and is responsible for a variety of other important corporate travel functions. On any given day, you might find Beth proposing viable flight options for clients, confirming group blocks and securing optimal schedules and fares for participants, negotiating and maintaining relationships with airline contacts, and contracting outside sales.
Beth’s experience in the travel industry spans more than 30 years as a supervisor and assistant manager in leisure travel. Her extensive—or shall we say legendary—knowledge encompasses everything from value-based travel arrangements to 5-star, FIT, day-by-day travel itineraries to group travel.
Before joining VIKTOR, Beth was a supervisor in corporate travel for American Express, onsite at EDS, and an agent with the corporate desk for IBM. She attended Macomb Community College and received her travel consultant certification in 1987. Today, Beth holds high expertise in the airline industry’s GDS (Global Distribution System), CRS (Central Reservation System), and ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation).
Beth’s interest in travel began with a love of other cultures from around the world. She is a mother to two grown sons, and calls Traverse City home. Beth has a full house with her three dogs (including a great Dane) and a cat.
