How does the Mid-City Supply PRP Program work?

To use the Rewards shopping site, log in with your username and password. Your username is the email address you used to sign up for the program. If you aren't sure of your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link and you will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. If you need additional help, please call Reward Headquarter at 1-877-845-8671. Once you have logged in, clicking the Shop Now! button will take you to the catalog where you can start shopping!

How do I browse reward items?

After clicking Shop Now!, you're on your way! To begin your product search, choose one of three main categories: Merchandise, Travel, or Event Tickets. From there, select the categories and items that interest you, or narrow your search by type, brand, model number, or points range.

If I do not have enough points to purchase an item, can I pay the difference out of my own pocket?

We regret there is no way to add on to your reward points balance with cash or credit.  

How do I change my password or update my account information?

After logging in, simply click the Account button in the upper right corner, then click the Edit Profile link.

What do I do if my email address changes?

Please let us know if you have a new email address by calling 1-877-845-8671 or emailing RewardHQ@VIKTOReRewards.com. Since your username email is used to send order confirmation and important updates to you, we strive to keep that information current.

Can items be returned?

We recommend you read the Terms & Conditions specific to the items you order. In general, some items may only be returnable within a short timeframe. Others, such as trips, tickets, and events are generally non-transferrable and non-refundable.
