Our History
1974 - Viktor Weyand combines his extensive travel experience, his European Hotel & Culinary Institute degree, and his Austrian upbringing to plan and execute his first incentive travel program as Viktor Weyand Travel Service.
1997 - Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, Mark Bondy and Chris Burak joined the VIKTOR leadership team to meet the expanding needs of the corporate incentive market. At this time, the company was re-branded as VIKTOR Incentives & Meetings.
Today - Thirty-three years, and well over 100,000 guests later, VIKTOR Incentives & Meetings is still delivering customized incentive programs, meetings, and reward programs for its loyal customers that reflect our standards of excellence in service.
Tomorrow - VIKTOR: The Small Giant
Viktor, Mark, and Chris have positioned the company as a Small Giant within the incentive industry. Small Giant is a term coined by Bo Burlingham in his book Small Giants. It represents companies that are willing to limit their growth in order to maintain their culture and commitment to excellence.
